Why choose pineapple as an appetizer?


Pineapple (scientific name Fructus Ananatis ) is a tropical fruit, contains many beneficial nutrients.



According to the nutritional composition of food Vietnam Nutrition Institute (Ministry of Health), 100 g edible portion of the pineapple contains: water 91.5 g, 0.8 g protid; glucid 6.5 g, calcium 15mg, 17mg phosphorus; iron 0.5 mg, 0.08 mg of vitamin B1, betacarotene 40mcg; provides 40kcal ...
Because many sugars (sucrose and glucose), vitamins ...  fragrant is nutritious, easily digested, diuretic, detox. Pineapple rated  high  in quality: distinctive aroma, attractive fruit color, much sugar, much water, the palate, can be eat the same food as a vegetable . Especially in pineapple, bromelin is an enzyme that helps digest proteins like pepsin in papaya, so everybody or use pineapple as an appetizer. Note: Pregnant women should not use because bromelin can cause miscarriage.

Pineapple is also used  to drug treat  anemia , lack of minerals. It helps for the growth and convalescence , used  when  eating indigestible, while poisoning, arteriosclerosis, arthritis, gout, gravel and treat obesity. It is also used to treat digestive diseases, inflammatory targets, reduce swelling, treat wounds, burns.People use ripe fruit to eat or water extracts from fruit
